The winner was the Divas Champion in February's Elimination Chamber, where she defeated AJ Lee. The following week, she was in a second match with Lee and was unable to save her title. Ariana was then matched against Lee to take on an opportunity to win the Vickie Guerrero Divas Championship Invitational and was also won by Lee. Also, in July 2014, Ariana was with Naomi Natalya Eva Marie Rosa Mendes Summer Rae to take on Nikki Bella for a six-on-1 handicap contest. But she showed up with the intention of tackling Nikki Bella as well as Naomi. In the Battleground's pre-show, she was given a chance to play Naomi. Ariana beat Naomi in the match.
